For the last 10 years with the increase in basement constructions for residential and commercial buildings and contruction of underground structures, excavation in urban areas where space is constrain is a major problem. We have been designing and executing soil stabilization techniques like soil nailing which increases the overall shear strength of the in situ soil and restrain its displacements. Using this techniques it is possible to go for almost vertical excavation. We were the first company in Gujarat to start using the soil nailing technique for our project.
